FX.co ★ Astronics Promotes Nancy Hedges To Succeed David Burney As CFO

Astronics Corp. (ATRO) has announced that Nancy Hedges, the current Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, has been promoted to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This change is set to take effect following the retirement of David Burney, the present CFO, on January 3, 2025.

Hedges, a Certified Public Accountant, has been with Astronics since 2014, initially joining as Principal Accounting Officer and Controller. Before her tenure at Astronics, she held the role of Director of Accounting and External Reporting at Dayco, LLC (formerly known as Mark IV Industries, Inc.) from May 2008 to November 2014.

She also brings more than twelve years of experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she worked as a Senior Manager in their Accounting and Business Advisory Services division.
