Following the completion of the transaction, Catalent, Inc. (CTLT) will function as a privately-held entity under the ownership of Novo Holdings, while maintaining its status as a global, independent, and comprehensive CDMO.

Additionally, I am pleased to announce that I will continue in my role as President and CEO after the transaction finalizes," stated CEO Alessandro Maselli.

The acquisition of Catalent by Novo is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the 2024 calendar year.
