London Stock Exchange Group, Dun & Bradstreet Collaborate To Expand Access To Private Markets Data

London Stock Exchange Group and Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. (DNB) have announced a strategic partnership to broaden the accessibility of private market information.

This multi-year collaboration will integrate LSEG's capital markets data—which includes deals, private equity insights, news, and research—with Dun & Bradstreet's esteemed private market data. This integration aims to provide comprehensive visibility into company officers and directors, ownership details, and financial information.

The partnership is designed to enhance the discoverability and interoperability of data, thereby improving access to financial information concerning private companies.

Furthermore, both companies are developing a new private market data feed, anticipated to be available to customers by 2025.

As of the latest trading session, Dun & Bradstreet's shares are priced at $11.13, reflecting a decrease of 1.15% on the New York Stock Exchange.
