Atoss Software Q3 Profit Climbs; Lifts FY24 Margin View, Backs FY25 Outlook

ATOSS Software SE (AOF.DE) announced on Wednesday that its net profit for the third quarter surged to 11.63 million euros, compared to 8.60 million euros in the previous year.

The German company, renowned for its technology and consulting solutions, also reported an increase in earnings per share to 0.73 euro, up from last year's 0.54 euro.

Key financial metrics disclosed that EBITDA for the quarter increased to 17.15 million euros, rising from 13.53 million euros in the prior year.

The company’s total revenues witnessed growth, reaching 42.09 million euros from the previous year’s 37.01 million euros.

In examining the first three quarters, ATOSS experienced a 14 percent revenue increase from the same period last year, amounting to 125.9 million euros. The EBIT margin elevated to 36 percent, compared to the previous year's 33 percent.

Looking forward to fiscal 2024, ATOSS now anticipates an EBIT margin of at least 35 percent, surpassing its earlier prediction of a minimum of 33 percent, which itself was revised upwards after the first six months of the year.

Regarding the forecast for 2025, ATOSS maintains its projections despite the prevailing challenging market conditions impacting order volumes. The company expects to achieve revenues of 190 million euros with an EBIT margin of no less than 30 percent.
