DigitalBridge Group (DBRG) has announced its acquisition of Yondr Group, a renowned global developer and operator of hyperscale data centers, through one of its managed investment funds. Post-acquisition, Yondr will maintain its independent operations while being integrated into DigitalBridge's portfolio. Currently, Yondr boasts over 420MW of capacity dedicated to hyperscalers, with additional land holdings poised to expand this to a potential capacity exceeding 1GW.
