Vodafone ONO S.A.U., Telefónica de España, and Bluevia Fibra have formalized a five-year agreement for fiber wholesale services in Spain, as announced by Zegona Communications Plc. This development follows Zegona's initial non-binding agreements to establish FibreCos in partnership with Telefónica and MasOrange.

The integration of these three transactions is poised to fully transform Vodafone Spain's fixed-line strategy, enabling comprehensive 'Fibre-to-the-Home' services throughout Spain.

The contract is set to commence on January 1, 2025.
