Campbell Soup Co. (CPB) has announced its decision to sell the Noosa yoghurt brand to Lakeview Farms, LLC, a company specializing in fresh dips, desserts, and specialty products. The terms of this transaction remain undisclosed.

Over the past year, ending October 2024, the Noosa brand has reported net sales of $177 million. Campbell's anticipates that this divestiture will not significantly affect its fiscal 2025 financial results. However, the transaction is projected to slightly reduce earnings per share by about $0.01 in fiscal year 2025.

The deal is anticipated to close in the first quarter of the 2025 calendar year.
