General Motors Launches Three-row Cadillac VISTIQ Electric SUV

General Motors (GM) has unveiled the 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, a luxurious three-row SUV designed to broaden Cadillac's prestigious lineup.

"Cadillac continues to define American luxury. The launch of the VISTIQ marks a significant step into the electric vehicle (EV) era," stated John Roth, Vice President of Global Cadillac. "By introducing the VISTIQ, Cadillac will be one of the few brands offering an EV option across every segment of the luxury SUV market."

The starting price for the SUV is set at $78,790, and it will be available internationally, including markets in the United States and Canada. Production is scheduled to commence in early 2025 at GM's Spring Hill Manufacturing facility in Tennessee.

The VISTIQ is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to elevate the luxury experience. It features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, providing a dynamic driving experience. Additionally, it includes chassis damping control and an optional Air Ride Adaptive suspension. Powered by a 102-kilowatt-hour battery pack, the SUV generates 615 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, with an estimated range of 300 miles per full charge.

Standard features include a 23-speaker AKG Studio Audio system with Dolby Atmos and Super Cruise, a hands-free driver assistance technology. The SUV boasts an acceleration capability of 0-60 mph in just 3.7 seconds with the use of Velocity Max.

"From the outset, our aim was to develop a three-row SUV that combines thrilling performance and intuitive technology, all embodied in the iconic Cadillac design language," noted Jeff MacDonald, North American Chief Engineer for Cadillac VISTIQ. "The VISTIQ's bold yet sophisticated design ensures a comfortable ride, handling like a much smaller vehicle while delivering impeccable precision."
