This development is set to occur through the acquisition of approximately 13% of Tuya's outstanding shares from New Enterprise Associates.

65 Equity Partners functions as an independently managed, fully-owned investment vehicle of Temasek. It is dedicated to supporting founders as they pursue business growth.
