FX.co ★ Autodesk Names Janesh Moorjani CFO

Autodesk, Inc. (ADSK) announced on Tuesday the appointment of Janesh Moorjani as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 16, 2024.

Moorjani comes with over two decades of experience in the technology sector, particularly in enhancing growth and operational efficiency on a large scale. His most recent role was as CFO and COO of Elastic NV (ESTC), a company specializing in Search AI.

Moorjani will report directly to Autodesk's CEO, Andrew Anagnost, and will assume responsibility for the company's global financial operations. He will be taking over from interim CFO, Elizabeth "Betsy" Rafael. Rafael will continue to contribute to the company in an advisory capacity until the conclusion of fiscal 2025 and will maintain her role on Autodesk's Board of Directors, reverting to an independent director once her transitional duties are completed.
