Walworth, a seasoned professional with 25 years at the company, has held multiple finance-related positions over the years and most recently served as treasurer.

Furthermore, the company’s board has declared a first-quarter dividend of $0.42125 per common share, payable on January 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2025.
