Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group (BABA) has recently introduced Pic Copilot to the U.S. market. This sophisticated artificial intelligence-designed tool focuses on enhancing e-commerce operations for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Pic Copilot offers 12 intuitive, one-click AI design tools that can effortlessly alter image backgrounds, refine imagery and videos, facilitate virtual try-ons, and produce advertisements.

According to Alibaba, this tool is expected to assist American SMEs by improving their product visualizations and videos, leading to reduced expenses on photography and design and boosting sales potential.

A notable feature of Pic Copilot is its virtual try-on functionality, which caters to a diverse range of skin tones and body types, showcasing over 160 models across four prominent skin tones. Users can upload personal images, allowing fashion entrepreneurs and influencers to model their own products, thereby eliminating the need for professional models or elaborate photoshoots. In addition, it includes U.S.-specific graphic theme templates designed for national holidays and celebrations.
