Achieve Life Sciences, Inc. (ACHV), a prominent pharmaceutical company, has announced that Mark Oki will be joining their team as Chief Financial Officer, with his tenure commencing on December 5, 2024.

Mr. Oki brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience from the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, where he has held pivotal roles in both development and commercial-stage companies. Prior to this appointment, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Aytu BioPharma. His extensive career also includes tenure as CFO at Vivus LLC, and significant positions of increasing responsibility, including CFO at Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He began his professional journey in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
