ON Semiconductor Corp. (ON) and leading automotive supplier DENSO CORPORATION have unveiled plans to strengthen their long-term partnership in order to advance the procurement of technologies related to autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

For more than a decade, onsemi has been providing DENSO with state-of-the-art intelligent automotive sensors, which play a critical role in enhancing the performance of ADAS and AD technologies.

In a gesture symbolizing their collaborative efforts, DENSO plans to purchase onsemi shares on the open market, with the aim of further solidifying their enduring partnership.
