CareTrust REIT, Inc. (CTRE), a publicly traded and self-managed real estate investment trust, has announced the appointment of Lauren Beale as its first Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), effective January 1. The company also named Tri Tran as Senior Vice President of Investments. Additionally, Stephanie Singer has been elevated to Vice President of Financial Reporting, and Michael Sotelo to the position of Controller.

On Tuesday, CareTrust's stock concluded trading on the New York Stock Exchange with an increase of 2.04%, reaching $27.05. However, in pre-market trading, the stock has declined by 1.63%, bringing the price down to $26.61.
