Agarwal has served as the interim COO since July 2024 and brings a wealth of experience as a technology executive, particularly in areas such as sales, market strategy, customer collaboration, and profit and loss management, with a history that includes key roles at major companies like Oracle.

In July 2022, Agarwal joined Bandwidth as the Chief Software Strategy Officer. During his time in this role, he spearheaded the design and development of Bandwidth's recently launched global Universal Platform and played a crucial role in accelerating the deployment of several major innovations, notably the acclaimed Bandwidth Maestro platform.
