DXC Tech Appoints Brad Novak As Chief Information Officer

DXC Technology Co. (DXC), a prominent IT services and consulting firm, announced on Friday the appointment of Brad Novak as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO).

In his new role, Novak will join the leadership team, concentrating on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) throughout the company's operations. He will be directly reporting to James Walker, the Chief Administrative Officer.

Novak brings with him an impressive 30-year career in the financial services sector, with a strong emphasis on application development, infrastructure, and service management. His experience includes roles at leading international financial institutions such as Barclays.

On Thursday, DXC's shares concluded at a price of $19.75 on the Nasdaq, marking a 1.15% decrease. However, during the extended trading session, the stock saw a modest rise of 0.71%, reaching $19.89.
