FX.co ★ Intuitive Surgical Promotes Charlton, Samath, Loeb As EVPs

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (ISRG) has announced the promotion of three individuals to the position of Executive Vice President, with the changes taking effect immediately.

The company, known for its advancements in minimally invasive care and robotic surgery, has elevated Henry Charlton to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer. With 21 years of experience at Intuitive, Charlton previously held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer since 2022 and Chief Marketing Officer since 2023.

Additionally, Gary Loeb has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, having joined Intuitive in 2022.

Jamie Samath, who serves as Chief Financial Officer and leads enterprise technology, has also been appointed as an Executive Vice President.

Charlton will continue to report to Intuitive President Dave Rosa, while Loeb and Samath will maintain their reporting line with CEO Gary Guthart.
