Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has completed the acquisition of Encore Insurance Services Inc., operating as Encore Group, headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario. Although the financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed, the acquisition includes Joe Dalton, Scott Heaman, and their team, who will continue to operate from their present location. Encore Group is a retail insurance brokerage specializing in serving commercial clients in Ontario, with a focus on sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and financial institutions.
