Wynn Resorts has announced its agreement to acquire Crown London (Aspinalls), an exclusive, members-only casino, situated in the prestigious Mayfair district of London, from Crown Resorts.

The completion of this acquisition is pending the usual regulatory approval processes, which are expected to conclude in the latter half of 2025.

As stated by Wynn Resorts, Crown London occupies two historic townhouses located at 27-28 Curzon Street in Mayfair. The venue features 20 gaming tables within elegantly designed salons, alongside a cozy restaurant and lounge for guests. Until the transaction is finalized, the casino will continue to operate under the name Crown London.
