FX.co ★ MIND CTI Announces Acquisition Of Aurenz GmbH For Upto Approx. $1.88 Mln In Cash

MIND C.T.I. LTD, an Israeli company traded under the ticker MNDO, has announced on Friday a conclusive agreement to acquire Aurenz GmbH. Aurenz, a leading German provider specializing in UC analytics and call accounting solutions, will be acquired for an estimated cash amount of up to $1.88 million.

The acquisition is projected to contribute modestly to MIND's earnings per share, excluding acquisition-related costs, starting in the fiscal year 2025. Aurenz's financial performance will begin to reflect in MIND's financial statements from the first quarter of 2025.

Upon completion of the acquisition, which is anticipated to finalize soon, Jurgen Dagutat will continue to serve as Managing Director of Aurenz. He will persist in leading the team and strengthening strategic partnerships.

As of Wednesday, MIND closed at $2.02 on the Nasdaq, representing a 0.25% decrease.
