ServiceNow (NOW), a leader in AI-powered business transformation, announced on Friday its intention to acquire Cuein, a pioneer in AI-native conversational data analysis and insights. The terms of the transaction have not been made public.

This strategic acquisition aims to boost ServiceNow's AI capabilities, reinforcing its status as a prominent force in the enterprise AI sector.

ServiceNow intends to leverage Cuein's skills to enhance the functionality of its AI Agents, allowing them to efficiently process and analyze data from diverse customer interactions across various channels and systems.

The company anticipates completing the acquisition in the first quarter of 2025.

Currently, NOW shares are trading at $1,068.01 in pre-market activity, reflecting a 1.03% increase, or $10.85, on the New York Stock Exchange.
