In its announcement of the fourth quarter results, Waste Management Inc. (WM) disclosed its revenue projections for the fiscal year 2025, anticipating a range between $25.550 billion and $25.800 billion. This forecast signifies a 16.4% increase, incorporating 5.7% organic growth and 10.7% growth through acquisitions, with the overall year-over-year change situated at the midpoint of this estimate.

The company is poised to achieve a second year of consecutive double-digit growth in adjusted operating EBITDA by 2025.

Furthermore, Waste Management plans to enhance its annual dividend, raising it by $0.30 per share, reaching $3.30 in 2025.

The WM Healthcare Solutions segment is projected to expand by approximately 9% in 2025, excluding potential synergies. This growth is anticipated to stem from organic revenue increases and strategic operational initiatives, such as optimizing fleet and asset networks.
