Allegion plc (ALLE) announced that one of its subsidiaries has successfully acquired the business and operations of the privately-owned Next Door Company, encompassing its brands and assets. This acquisition will integrate Next Door into the Allegion Americas division. Justin Schechter, the owner of Next Door, will join Allegion to drive the combined entities towards expedited growth.

Next Door, headquartered in Miami, Florida, is a U.S. manufacturer renowned for its production of stainless steel and hollow metal doors, with a focus on custom designs for industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings.
