Embraer S.A. (ERJ), a prominent Brazilian aerospace firm, announced on Friday that its subsidiary, Embraer Netherlands Finance B.V., has successfully priced a $650 million issuance of 5.980% notes set to mature in 2035, with an issue price of 99.688% of the principal amount.
The company plans to allocate the proceeds from this issuance towards purchasing notes that have been submitted under its ongoing tender offers, which were originally announced on February 5.
This strategy involves repurchasing all remaining 5.400% senior unsecured notes due in 2027, as well as up to $150 million of 6.950% senior unsecured notes, due in 2028.
As of pre-market trading, Embraer's share price has risen by 1.77% to $45.44 on the New York Stock Exchange.
