Slovenia Consumer Mood Dips in April

In April 2025, Slovenia's consumer confidence indicator decreased to -30, down from -28 in March. This figure is now 6 percentage points below the long-term average. The decline can be attributed mainly to heightened pessimism concerning significant purchases expected over the next year, which fell to -33 from -30 in March. Additionally, perceptions of the current household financial situation worsened to -25 from -23, and projections for future financial conditions dropped to -21 from -19. On the other hand, expectations about the country's economic situation remained unchanged at -39.
