Danish Trade Surplus Widens in March

In March 2025, Denmark's seasonally adjusted trade surplus for goods and services rose to DKK 27.2 billion, an increase from the downwardly revised DKK 25.3 billion recorded in February. During this period, exports decreased by 1.1% month-over-month, reaching DKK 174.3 billion, while imports declined by 2.3% to DKK 147.2 billion. Over the first quarter of the year, Denmark reported a trade surplus of DKK 72.4 billion, up from DKK 61.1 billion in the corresponding quarter of 2024.
