The production of intermediate goods also saw reduced growth, dropping to 0.6% compared to 1% in the preceding month. Conversely, consumer goods recovered, posting a 1.4% increase following a 1.3% decline. Capital goods production witnessed a modest acceleration, growing at 0.6%, up from 0.1% previously. On a seasonally adjusted month-to-month comparison, industrial output experienced a 0.8% decrease in April, following a 0.9% rise in March.
