In May 2025, industrial production in Kyrgyzstan experienced a significant increase of 13.5% compared to the same month in the previous year, building upon a 9.8% rise in April. Notable acceleration occurred across several sectors, including a 29.5% boost in mining and quarrying, a 4.9% growth in manufacturing, a substantial 252.4% surge in water supply, and a 40.1% increase in electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply.
