Construction output in Armenia experienced a significant 22.2% year-on-year growth in May 2025. This represents the most rapid increase since April 2021, improving on the 17.9% growth recorded in the prior month. On a month-to-month basis, construction activity saw a 24.8% rise, up from the 18.0% increase noted the month before. Cumulatively, for the period from January to May, construction output grew by 17.1% compared to the same timeframe in the previous year.
