US Crude Oil Inventories Fall Most Since January

According to the EIA Petroleum Status Report, U.S. crude oil inventories increased by 7.070 million barrels in the week ending July 4, 2025, marking the largest rise since January. Conversely, inventories at the Cushing, Oklahoma, delivery hub declined by 464 thousand barrels. In terms of refined products, gasoline inventories dropped by 2.658 million barrels, and distillate fuel stocks saw a reduction of 825 thousand barrels.
