Lithuania Q2 GDP Growth Lowest in 1-1/2 Years

Lithuania's economy saw a modest increase of 0.2% in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the previous quarter, a reduction from the revised 0.6% growth experienced in the initial three months of the year, based on preliminary data. The growth was largely supported by robust activity in the wholesale and retail trade services, transport and storage, as well as the information and communication sectors. Year-over-year, Lithuania's GDP experienced a 3.0% rise in Q2 2025, slightly lower than the revised 3.4% seen in the first quarter.
