In July 2025, Moldova experienced a 5.2% year-over-year increase in producer prices, a slight deceleration from the 5.3% rise seen in June. This period marks the seventh consecutive month of annual growth after a previous annual decline phase. There was a marginal reduction in producer inflation for the manufacturing sector, which decreased to 2.9% from 3.0% in June, and for mining and quarrying, which fell to 11.2% from 12.4%. However, the pricing for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply remained constant at 25.0%. On a monthly basis, producer prices increased by 0.3% in July, consistent with the growth rate of the preceding month.
