Additionally, the decline in order backlog showed signs of easing, improving slightly from -30 to -28. However, the inventory levels of finished goods dipped into the negative, shifting from 1 to -3, which is below the average level of 3. Meanwhile, the proportion of companies operating at full capacity increased to 63% in August from 54% in July, although it remains below the long-term average of 70%.
