In September 2025, the Czech Republic's unemployment rate remained steady at 4.5%, continuing to reflect the highest level since March 2017, consistent with market expectations. The count of unemployed individuals increased by 4,301 from the previous month, reaching a total of 333,925, which is 47,020 more than the same period the previous year. Concurrently, job vacancies rose by 649 from the prior month, amounting to 95,766, although this figure is 168,888 fewer compared to September of the previous year.
