Norway's DNB Manufacturing PMI increased to 53 in November 2025, rising from 48.2 in the previous month. This marks the highest level since July 2024. The production index improved notably, ascending 4.8 points to reach 53. Similarly, the new orders index climbed to 54 from 48.3 in October, bolstered by stronger domestic demand at 50.2 and export orders at 50.1. Concurrently, suppliers' delivery times extended to 53.3 from 52.1, indicating heightened activity, while the employment index rose significantly to 52.1 from 41.8. However, inventory levels of purchased goods saw an increase (48.7 up from 47), reflecting diminished demand and adversely affecting the overall PMI. The input price index also experienced a decline, dropping 2.8 points to 54.9 from 57.7, falling below its long-term average.
