Full-time job numbers declined significantly by 56,500 to 10.08 million, although part-time employment saw an increase of 35,200, reaching 4.58 million. The participation rate also slightly decreased to 66.7% from October's 66.9%, falling short of the expected 67.0% and marking its lowest level in eight months.
