Tourist arrivals in Macau saw an 18.1% year-on-year increase, reaching 3.345 million in November 2025, building on a 10.8% rise in the previous month. Same-day visitors surged by 31.5%, while the number of overnight visitors experienced a modest 2.1% growth. However, the average stay duration of visitors decreased by 0.2 days over the previous year, now totaling 1.0 day. There was a 21.9% rise in visitors from mainland China, totaling 2.397 million, with a significant 36.1% increase in travelers under the Individual Visit Scheme, amounting to 1.262 million. Additionally, visitor numbers from Hong Kong and Taiwan grew by 5.4% and 27.1%, respectively. The period also saw a rise in visitors from the Philippines (2.3%), Indonesia (23.1%), and Thailand (49.4%). Overall, the first eleven months of 2025 recorded a 14.4% increase in visitor arrivals.
