In Finland, producer prices saw a modest increase of 0.2% year-on-year in November 2025, maintaining the growth rate observed in October. The price growth for electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning showed a slowing trend, rising by 5.7% compared to the 7.8% increase in October. Similarly, price growth in the sectors of water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services decelerated to 0.6% from the previous 2.0%. In contrast, the decline in costs within mining and quarrying eased to -3.1% from -4.2%, and for manufactured products, the decrease was less pronounced at -0.1% compared to -0.3%. These changes were largely influenced by a reduction in deflationary pressures on chemicals, chemical products, and basic metals, alongside price rises in non-metallic mineral products, computer, electronic and optical products, electrical equipment, machinery, and miscellaneous equipment (n.e.c.), as well as furniture. On a monthly basis, producer prices experienced a 0.3% rise in November, consistent with the rate of increase in the previous month.
