In November 2025, Lithuania experienced a 2.6% increase in industrial production compared to the previous year. This follows an upward revision to 1.9% growth the month prior, marking the most significant level of industrial activity since June. Manufacturing output notably rose by 3.5%, up from 1.4% in October. Conversely, there was a reduction in activity in the mining and quarrying sector, which fell by 2.9% after a 2.2% increase, and in the electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply sector, which decreased by 3.4% following a 12.9% rise. Production in the water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services sector continued its decline, decreasing by 15.6% compared to an 11.5% fall previously. On a month-to-month basis, industrial output experienced a robust surge of 5.8% in November—the most substantial rise in more than three years—rebounding significantly from a revised 1.1% decline in the prior period.
