Annual wage growth in Poland’s corporate sector remained unchanged in February 2026, with salaries rising 6.1% year-over-year, the same pace recorded in January 2026.

According to data updated on 19 March 2026, the year-over-year comparison shows that the rate of increase in corporate sector pay has stabilized, with no acceleration or slowdown between January and February.
