Across the nine census divisions, monthly price changes ranged from a 0.7% decline in the West South Central division to a 1.7% gain in the East South Central division. On a year-over-year basis, house prices were up 1.6% in December. Over the 12-month period, regional changes ranged from a 0.8% decrease in the West South Central division to a 4.4% increase in the East North Central division.
