Saudi Consumer Sentiment Strengthens in July as PCSI Rises to 70.21

Saudi Arabia’s consumer confidence climbed in July 2026, with the Thomson Reuters IPSOS Primary Consumer Sentiment Index (PCSI) rising to 70.21, up from 68.45 in June 2026.

The month-over-month gain indicates that sentiment among Saudi consumers improved compared with the previous month, according to data updated on 9 July 2026. The July reading builds on June’s level, which itself was a step up from earlier in the year, suggesting a continued positive trend in how households view current and future economic conditions.

Under the survey’s framework, the “Actual” figure reflects the change in July versus June, while the “Previous” captures June’s change relative to May. The latest data signal that momentum in consumer confidence has strengthened further as the summer progresses.
