Frankfurt's DAX 40 was broadly flat around 25,300 on Wednesday, as investors balanced worries over persistently high oil prices and bond yields against robust corporate earnings on both sides of the Atlantic. Qiagen NV led the gains, rising 1.8% after a strong advance in the previous session, supported by reports of a pending takeover bid from financial investor EQT. Sentiment toward AI-related stocks improved after strong figures from SpaceX, lifting shares of companies such as Infineon and Siemens Energy. Meanwhile, Adidas raised its earnings forecast for the current year following a record quarter.
