US President Barack Obama said that Paris attack was a “terrible and sickening setback” in the struggle against the Islamic State. Nevertheless, he added that the US will not send troops to the Middle East.

Mr. Obama held a press conference in Turkey during the G20 summit and was sticking to his unloaded guns on ISIS terror army, which he called “the face of evil”.

Obama said that he could send 50,000 troops to Syria to defeat the Islamic State. However, such strategy will not lead to any positive results unless the US troops keep on staying in Syria.

Even earlier, the US President was against the US troops deploying in Syria. That is why, he refused to follow the advice of Republican presidential front-runners, who insist on sending troops to fight against the Islamic State after Paris attacks.

The US will allow Syrian refugees to enter the country, despite the fact that one of the terrorists involved in the strike in Paris entered Europe as part of a wave of Syrians fleeing the country's civil war. Barak Obama said that all refugees will be carefully checked. Political opponents of the US president insist that the country should accept only Christian refugees.
