The USD/CAD is on the verge of decline, and at this point, we can't say anything about a breakout to the upside. Both the levels and the price positioning from a technical perspective indicate that we should be heading downwards. I believe that yesterday's future decline according to the bearish scenario has been confirmed, and the accumulation near the upper boundaries of the channels around 1.4025 may remain in the future. It is very likely that the current week may see a decline towards 1.3800/1.3750, and then we will see if we have a correction or if the trend continues.
